Very friendly staffs, very clean hotel. The only complain I heard from others is just the parking for the hotel guest when there is an event going on. I do not have any issues with this per say.

Fix your Air Conditions
Your hotel is new and nice, but maintenance in Nigeria is a serious challenge.
Even if you need to bring expatriates to ensure your maintenance is done on time and according to the ultimate standards you need to do it. At least bring a professional team for a mission of 3 to 6 months to train your own maintenance staff.

Les peignoirs dans la chambre n'étaient pas lavés et très sales. Très peu de fruits frais au petit déjeuner, pas de mangues.
Prix prohibitifs des restaurants.
Harcèlement du personnel au téléphone pour régler le restaurant directement et pas sur la note de la chambre...
Mais personnel d'accueil très gentil et avenant.
Travaux au niveau piscine et impossibilité de profiter de la terrasse restaurant extérieur bar, niveau piscine.

Room was great, quiet and clean, well lit with good mattress and pillows. Decent TV channel selection; they provide a good day's supply of bottled water complimentary, and also Nespresso machine with capsules but no fruits like some other hotels in Lagos.
No electrical outlet for hair dryer in bathroom. Placement of towels makes it difficult to reach them.
Power often goes out and when it does, the do not disturb light goes off. As a result, you are disturbed by the staff.
AC does not remove humidity, so keeping the room at 19 degrees, it gets cold but you still sweat.
Not many eating choices for vegetarians.
Had booked a car to the airport for 6:45 pm with concierge a day in advance. Still, car came only at 7:40 pm.

This Hotel has been the hotel of choice for me since 2012 . Their services have improved a lot.
I like the ambiance and the staff are excellent, they make you feel very much at home. They are the major reason that I have been coming back.
The hotel has a lot of activities and celebrations on weekends and that can disrupt access and movemen for a resident. Response to phone calls from outside the country needs improvement, I had to call several times before I got someone during my booking to address a problem.
Acceptance of other ( global), corporate credit cards remains an issue and might affect my coming back. Otherwise, I will stay there again.

A pleasant and calm hotel. Staff were very courteous and attended to our needs immediately. The breakfast was value for money.
