Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, great suites and good service Palazzo is my favorite hotel on the strip. They have the best suites. Wide variety of restaurants and cuisines. Sushi Samba and Grand Lux are my favorites. The casino is also very nice and clean. July 2, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Average place, marketed as a luxury hotel, which causes disappointment. This hotel unfortunately does not live up to being a true luxury hotel. The highlight of my stay was the very friendly and professional staff I got to meet some of the time. The room itself is also OK. It is very large and clean space, but missed a few touches and amenities to make it a true luxury high level suite. Luckily the bed was top qualify. However, they were a few mishaps which make this far from a luxury hotel: * No turndown service. No welcome card. Not even a filled ice bucket. * Housekeeping makes itself a way in the room before 10AM. * I received a late check out until 4PM, confirmed when I checked in. At 3h30PM someone from the receptions runs into the room without waiting on any sign, and asks unfriendly whether we're saying over. * the selection and quality of appetisers in the prestige lounge is very poor. I understand that huge bowls of blant, soggy fried snacks, can keep the children happy, but this is not what I expect in a 5 luxury hotel. This would not have been an issue is there were many other options, but you only had raw veggies and very limited (2 at best) hors d heuvres. Choice of drinks is extensive and staff are very friendly and professional. * Even though I did not use WiFi, fitness nor Pool, I got charged the resort fee. I noticed this fee includes local calls. I tried multiple times to call a valid 702 number, but this was impossible with the hotel phones. Even though I respected the conditions to dial an outside line. Even the operator could not help me. The resort fee was thus a complete waste. I choose this hotel because of the many positive experiences at Intercontinental hotels in Europe. I was disappointed. It is an OK place, with some nice staff, but ways of a luxury hotel. July 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay Palazzo is in a great location. Close to other facilities and shopping in the facility and across the street in the Mall. We found the staff helpful and go out of their way. Check-in and out are a breeze. The rooms are quiet and the elevators pretty fast. The elevators are grouped so that you don't have to stop at all 50 floors. June 29, 2015
