No bellman willing to help with bags upon arrival or departure - despite the inordinate number of them buzzing around.

I stayed on the 20th floor, and had to wait 10-15 minutes every time I wanted to take the elevator. Really bad experience, especially for a business traveller who values his time.
Pool is small and the surrounding is not very nice.
Staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

A simple word: thank you!, obviously I can be picky, in regard to the elevators that are not the best experience but they are changing them, the club floor lounge could improve with the breakfast , particularly if you stay more than three days. Everything is the same

We stayed one night at this hotel using my IHG rewards points. I chose this hotel for the location as it was close to the AmericanAirlines Arena. When I checked in I was acknowledged as a IHG Platinum member and received a free room upgrade to a very nice suite with a great view. Our overall stay was great. only thing was the valet and in-room dining was quite expensive.

We loved this hotel, spa area and pool were beautiful. Wondeful buffet breakfst. Close to the port where our cruise departed, highly recommend if you are going on a cruise.

El personal me atendió excelente, pero le urge una remodelación al hotel, principalmente al interior, ya se ve muy viejo, y no precisamente Art´Deco, durante mi estadía en el piso donde estuve nunca sirvió el botón de uno de los elevadores y tenia un letrero que por cierto se veía muy mal, las bases de las camas estaban sueltas y se movían con mucha facilidad, y los muebles de madera muy maltratados y raspados, lo que hace que se vea una falta en el control de mantenimiento, así como en el baño había un foco fundido......
