Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great! Thanks for a wonderful stay! The concierge staff were extremely helpful. I had a lovely terrace in my room which was enjoyed by all in my group. Wonderful hotel - great location. Only small comment is that the mattress was just OK, not great, not terrible; however, I wasn't sleeping much while there anyway! Thanks again! July 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by location good property not I am a Platinum member, and was given the smallest room with the worst view in the around 700 nights I have stayed in hotels all over the world. I just got off a cruise ship when we checked in and my wife laughed and said this room was smaller then our room on the cruise ship. I then looked out my window and was looking at guests eye level having breakfast. I went back to the front desk asked if there was anything they could do and about 15 minutes later the 2 girls were able to relocate me. The new room was a good size the king size bed was two twins pushed together with a hard seam in the middle. The safe door was falling off the wall one phone did not work at all. the overall condition of the hotel was just flat worn out and in need of upkeep. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this should not be considered 5 stars. The only good thing was the location outside of that I was disappointed with everything about this property July 1, 2015

Destacar el zumo de naranja natural y los cafés..buenísimos. Solo comentar que el precio de las bebidas del room service me pareció un poco exagerado. July 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel, great location Visiting Rome for a couple of days, chose De La Ville because of it's great location. We arrived early but the staff were great and really friendly and booked us in no problem. The room was lovely although refreshment supplies were a little low, however, I spoke to the housekeeper, who rectified things immediately. It was clear from all the staff we came into contact with during our brief stay that nothing was too much trouble. Definitely a hotel to recommend. June 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always the best staff, best service, and best rest at the Intercontinental I have been staying for years at the Intercontinental de la Vile Roma. Not only is the location perfect, at the top of the Spanish Steps, but the wonderful staff keeps me returning again and again to this particular hotel. Everyone, from the front desk staff, the concierge staff, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff - is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will always return every year to Roma, and my choice of hotels will always be the Hotel Intercontinetal de la Ville Roma! June 26, 2015
