I stayed here because I used my points for 3 nights. The stay wasn't the normal intercontinental hotel stay. the staff seems to feel that unless you are an ambassador member that you don't deserve to be treated good. Multiple issues and some managers cared and others could care less. front desk staff should listen to the guests and try to resolve the issues and not make them worse. i spent large amount of points and it could of been better. i will say that one manager tried to correct my issues but on the final day thats to late to handle the issues. apparently i kept getting phone calls but only received 1 message and staff knew nothing of what I was calling about so that was upsetting due to no communication between various departments. management should make better attempts to get ahold of the guests to rectify the situation and not wait until the last day when checking out. i did have a nice view of the city on a high floor and the room was always clean but staff need to care more about guest experience. i can tell you that if i were paying the amount that was charged a night i would be disappointed in the way the staff treats guests. i observed a line of over 10 people waiting to checkin with 2 agents working while a convention was in town. that goes to show the staff and management don't care.
