Good location, nice staff, clean and updated rooms. I travel for business a lot and have a high standard - I would definitely recommend this property for business or leisure. Really nice experience.     Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by worst experience ever Have stayed in IC SF 3 times, I have to say this time is the worst experience ever! Why is that? First, I was called Instance Service hotline at around 22:50 on 9th May, no one answered, and it went to IC SF audio recorded operator after. Second, have met a house keeping maid on the way out on 10th morning, and she confirmed my check-out time is 4PM, but around 1PM, just right after I received 2 bottles of water, I went shower but forgot put the door latch back, and the house keeping maid just breaking to the door!!!!!!! For goodness I stopped her entered the room on time, so she didn't see anything, yes, what a relief..... Beside that, location is good, 5 minutes walk to Powell Street and Target, Starbucks and Cinemas just around the corner. It still a nice hotel to stay tho May 13, 2015
