Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent and modern hotel nearby Shanghai Train Station I stay in this hotel almost every time when I travel to Shanghai for business. The very first reason is because of the location which is about 5 min. from Shanghai Train Station by walking, and subway station. The staffs and facilities in this hotel are all excellent. Love the gym and pool especially. The design of the guest room is one of my favorites. Room is very comfortable and quiet and I love the bed a lot. Not a big fan of the food here but there are many choices around the hotel area. Comparing to the services I got from the hotel, I'd consider the value of this hotel is great. August 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 愉快地上海之行 仅仅两天时间,非常匆忙。酒店的舒适让我去除了奔波的疲劳。升级至行政楼,非常安静、舒适、温馨。每一位工作人员都是微笑着与我们交流、问候。餐厅舒适,食物可口,员工细心。房间的电影,都是最近上映的热片,可以再看一次,感觉非常好! August 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 非常一般 上一次入住,我的级别还是PA,定了豪华,酒店帮我升级到行政,为啥我RA了,定的仍旧是豪华,为啥还是只升一级到行政。 虽然说升级的权利完全由酒店自己决定,但是就厚道的程度来讲,浦西洲际算是大中华区倒数里几位。 这次我选择在主楼办理入住,前台小姑娘比较nice,办理完还送我去行政楼。 进房间,一股发霉的味道,真是受不了。 卫生间的漱口水竟然从高露洁降级到了一个不知名的品牌,可以再low一点吗? 接着去了酒廊用下午茶,依旧是非常抠门的感觉,选择性很少的,少的可怜的几款味道不怎么���的蛋糕。 哎。 第二天的自助早餐也很一般,没有鲜榨橙汁。 我很理解酒店其实在做努力,因为每次入住都有送500感谢积分,但是真的想把口碑做好的话,难道500分就够了吗? 为啥不能在升级上更加慷慨一点呢,至少是对高级会员。 贵酒店在飞客茶馆上的名声早就不好了。 可能也许业主根本不在乎吧。 呵呵。 August 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 员工需要加强培训 喜欢自动马桶!满分,超出预期! 喜欢你们的电视和音响,是我住过的五星酒店中难得的又好看又好用内容又不过时的电视和音响。(但是三次找快捷服务要 iPhone 底座转接头都没有,有点遗憾,还好有一台 4S 可以播放音乐) 喜欢你们准备的生日蛋糕!很好吃。 ���欢你们答应我延迟到4点退房。 但是!不满意这家酒店员工的服务! 到店前很多天打电话告知过生日的事情,前台表示会通知宾客关系跟进,结果没有人跟进,直到到店前一天我再次致电,又说一遍需求。感觉很累,员工交接有些问题。 到店后,按照习惯直接去行政楼 check in。在其他的洲际,通常把证件交给工作人员就不用我操心了, 可以坐在舒适的酒廊里休息,还会递上一杯饮料,让我稍等片刻。但是这次,我在工作人员一路指引下,来到了行政楼一楼,表示要 check in 后,就只能干巴巴地坐在工作人员对面,等待她处理。她告知我房间没有准备好,需要我等,然后也不告诉我需要等多久。我坐在她对面,她也不再理我。过了5分钟,我问她,她说还没好,然后再次打电话给同事确认。很多个电话后,她告诉我好了,房号XXXX,我问她是什么房型,告诉我说是豪华房。我有点生气了。之前若干次电话沟通里不断确认过会升级到小套房,结果我在现场等了很多不说,还默默地房型就被换掉了。我表示有疑问,她又开始了很多通电话确认。最后总算搞定了,而此时我坐在她对面焦急地等待了快半小时。全程没有人给我一杯水,也没有人说你可以去更舒服的地方休息一下。这是我非常糟糕的一次 check in 。直到最后,check in 的工作人员才注意到我是 Spire 会员,表达了一点歉意。然后也没有然后了。 进到房间发现小冰箱是锁着的(这就是 ready 的房间吗?) 打电话给快捷服务,派了个阿姨上来开冰箱锁。阿姨的穿着实在有点糟糕,工作服穿得破皱不堪,而且我问她问题也是不怎么搭理我,开好了冰箱就自顾自走了。 后来送来的水果,数量少得可怜,比之前在千岛湖洲际非会员的房间送的水果都要少,甚至这次里面还���一个坏的。品相看上去也是没有用心挑选过的。 之前在其他的洲际,体验到的服务都是非常舒服的。浦西这一次真的让我失望。 不过,check out 的时候有一位工作人员主动就不好的 check in 体验向我道歉。这个行为值得表扬。 希望你们可以改进,加强员工的专业培训。 不好意思没有太多时间整理,写得有点乱,请包涵。 August 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable room temperature Expect air condition to be problematic. This is the fifth times I have complained about this problem. Every time i go back to this hotel, the problem happened again and again. If this is a five star hotel, the facility maintenance should make sure that every room is working properly. August 26, 2015
