一次非常糟糕的入住体验

因为在悉尼出差办事方便,所以选择了这家酒店,在IHG的酒店品牌中属于顶端的IC品牌。没想到入住体验太差了。
首先是提前11天预订的酒店,3个成人、3间客房、4个晚上。结果酒店从后台将订单拆分为3个,每个订单按1间客户、3个成人计算,房价增加了很多。到前台办理入住后,前台说第一天必须只能按订单价入住,后面的住宿可以另下订单。我又重新下了3个成人、3间客房、3个晚上,在官方网站下单时看得清清楚楚的平均单价,可酒店一拆分订单,又增加了几乎一倍。后经与IHG客服中心与酒店前台多次交涉,才终于搞清楚价格,但耗费了我们很多的时间和精力。
1月13日我退房结账时,选择了用另一张信用卡结清房费,但酒店前台在我入住时收取的好几千澳币的预授权,截至15日晚还没有撤销,给我造成了很大的不便。而且,我1月9日入住的3间客房1个晚上的入住,和1月10日晚入住的3间客房3个晚上的入住,全部没有给我任何积分,理由是Overlapping Stay。我消费了那么多,究竟是和谁进行了重叠,导致1分不给?入住时酒店前台曾表示3间房都登记在我名下,因此除了登记我的IHG会员卡号,也没有要求提供同行的朋友的会员卡号。可现在是要把我的积分就这样抹掉吗?
总之,一次非常非常糟糕的入住!如果可以选择,再也不愿意来这家酒店了!
