Unfortunately having no hot water and they were unable to fix during my stay left me with a bad experience. It was nearly 11pm before they tried to get someone to fix it by this time I had fallen asleep. I put a do not disturb on the door and then reception proceeded to ring me and woke me up. The next morning i waited patiently, by the time another room was offered i had to scoff my breakfast and then rush to the airport to catch the plane.

We enjoyed staying at the Intercontinental, the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I would stay there again.
