    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Lifts and shocking stains in best suite Stayed in the Presidential Suite of this hotel. Disgusted at the stains in the furnishings. They either need to be replaced or recovered. BAD stains on the furniture and carpets. Thee is NO EXCUSE for this when you are staying in THE Best suite of the hotel. Elevators were noisy and you could hear the motors constantly. Bathroom needs a good make over, remove the small bat tub and replace with a modern up to date shower only as if you are travelling with family there is an interconnecting room for a bath.     Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Lovely hotel and such friendly staff My husband and I were in town for our anniversary. I'm glad we picked this hotel. The room was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. Ela checked us in and asked us what brought us to Tampa so we told her our anniversary plans. The next day, Ela remembered what we told her and asked how everything went. Considering there was a big wedding and so many other people at the hotel the same weekend we were there, I thought how nice it was for her to remember us and our plans. When we got back to our room, there was a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us. Talk about a wonderful surprise! I'm so glad she was working that evening so we could thank her. That was just the sweetest gesture. June 1, 2015
    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dog barking/duck system needs cleaning I decided to reserve a room with this brand because the last stay we had at Palazzo in Las Vegas was amazing. Well, unforunately, we left here disappointed. Once we arrived in the room the room was expremely hot. I had to call maintenance. Maintenance came very quickly and apparently the vents were closed. He also changed the filter. Unfornuately, when he opened the vent to replace the filter you can see have flithy it was inside. The vent system needed to be vacuumed. The second issue was that we heard a dog barking directly across the room. So, we called the front desk and we were informed that the dog was a service dog. I'm sorry but service dogs do not bark unless there is a medical issue of the person they are serving. However, we saw the peopl leave as we were entering our room. Management did give us bonus points for the inconvience. June 1, 2015
