Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 827 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DC's grand dame - can't beat proximity and history, but needs work The Willard is quintessential DC. There's no better hotel that combines history with prime location, and the Round Robin is a fantastic bar. However, the hotel feels its age. Rooms need upgrading (especially bathrooms and furniture). Two other issues that speak to a hotel keeping up with the times: quality of internet speed and availability of Greek yogurt. Unfortunately, the Willard has no high-speed Internet beyond 3mps and there was no Greek yogurt to be found from room service or at the Cafe du Parc. 30 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as hoped We were unable to get into our room with our key after check in and only after a wait for security and somewhat lengthy inquiry between security and the front desk and ID checks it was found that we had been directed to the wrong room by the front desk. The room was spacious and very nice with attractive furnishings. Unfortunately I found too late that the electrical outlet on the desk was not actually working but only realized this the next morning when I went to unplug it and pack up. The valet parking experience could be improved as no one was out front when we arrived back to the hotel around midnight of our stay and thus had to wait a while for an attendant but then decided to go in and drop keys with the front desk. ...Surprising considering the $50 mandatory parking charge per night. 28 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a pleasure The hotel is centrally located and convenient to The White House, Capitol, wonderful restaurants, The Smithsonian and more attractions. Lush and vibrant decor with unparalleled guest service. Highly recommended. 27 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Magnificent! I used points for this stay with my family over Spring Break. I have wanted to stay here for some time and the Willard did not disappoint! Being a history buff I was mesmerized by the history and grandeur of this iconic hotel. What a surprise to find that the room was extremely roomy; even more so than Crowne Plaza across the river. The beds, decor, amenities and attention to every detail made for a memorable stay. The proximity to the sites and great dining was also a huge bonus. Make sure to go for the buffet breakfast at the in hotel restaurant at least one morning and enjoy an afternoon tea or cappuccino in the pastry shop. 25 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Historic hotel Great location, good facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Only issue rooms a little tired. 24 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Five Star Service/Staff Impressive, historical hotel that is well-located for sight-seeing in DC area. The staff were all highly trained and very friendly. The team of Clef d'Or Concierges are wonderful and very helpful in planning an itinerary. Our room was spacious and very quiet. We never heard a sound. Bathroom was large and Agraria is my favorite brand for bathroom soaps, lotions, etc. Would have preferred a separate walk-in shower instead of traditional small tub. 22 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 服务挺好 服务人员的态度很好,地理位置优越,如果中文服务再多一些就更好了,还有一个比较大的问题是早餐相对来说比国内的差好多,如果可以更加国际化一些更好 19 March 2015
