Whitehaven Beach is a pristine 7km beach in the Whitsundays regarded one of the world's most beautiful beaches with crystal-white silica sand and uninterrupted views out to the Coral Sea. Langford Island is an ideal location for snorkelling, picnics and exploring. Travel by resort speedboat to Langford Island and spend a couple of hours exploring this natural wonder. A sand spit appears from the water as the tide goes out where you can easily access the fringing coral reefs to spot the abundant fish life and maybe the occasional green sea turtle. Organise a picnic hamper from the resort (charges apply) and bring it with you to the island to top off your experience.

Heart Reef is located in the Great Barrier Reef and is a stunning composition of coral that has naturally formed into the shape of a heart. Positioned in Hardy Reef, Heart Reef is best experienced from the air by helicopter through our partner, Helireef, as visitors are unable to snorkel or dive there due it's protected status.
