Executive Chef Walter Pisano
Growing up in an East Coast Italian family, Chef Pisano’s rustic Italian cooking comes from the heart. A fixture in the Northwest dining scene for more than 30 years, he opened Tulio in 1992, naming it in honor of his late father. He travels Italy extensively, always returning to Tulio invigorated and inspired.
