Plant-Based Menu & Botanical Drinks

Local farms and Willow Bar’s own garden landscape inspire Chef Brandon’s seasonal, plant-based menu, ranging from smoked shiitakes with green tomatoes to a picnic basket with artisan cheese and charcuterie. In the bar, we’ve rounded up our favorite esoteric wines, from rare Mediterranean whites to fruity rosés perfect for sipping under the stars.
