I was hesitant of staying in a big city/resort area after a horrible experience this summer. I did not think that the horrible experience I had this summer was up to par with the Holiday Inn branch.
I was quite happy with the experience this weekend. For one, I went to the wrong hotel. Instead of going to the Holiday Inn Express, I went to the Holiday Inn, right around the corner. It was my own mistake. There I had to wait in line and wasted about twenty mins of my time. Once at the express, I had no line and I was in and out for check in. I had requested a suite to give my family more room. This was easily the largest suite we had stayed in. We were beyond pleased with the room. Then, as a traveling family, having outlets to charge our electronics, can be tricky. We had plenty and then some. But, my favorite part was the breakfast. In all previous hotels, we have only experienced one 'line' so to speak for breakfast. Here, they had two 'lines' so that everyone did not have to wait and could get what they wanted. It was glorious to not have to wait in line for my son to have a pancake this time. Excellent job at this hotel. [Less]
