Arrived at 7:00 pm to an icey unplowed parking lot.lobby was packed with a large group trying to check in. Two clerks did a good job to get everyone taken care of, but wait was still long. Clerk
asked me for my company name which seemed odd. I was given a room just outside the elevator on the third floor. The noise was horrible since the large group were up and down til very late at night and they made no effort to keep their voices down.
Room was clean and furniture seemed fairly new. Everything was satisfactory except the WiFi ..it was awful! Kept falling off line and asking for access code every time. I finally gave up using it. If you have to rely on a good WiFi signal to get work done on your laptop, avoid this hotel.
I didn’t use the breakfast area, but my partner said it was satisfactory.
Check out was easy and clerk was very professional and friendly.
Overall advice to this property’s management: clear the parking lots of ice and snow, and upgrade your WiFi. [Less]
