First I tried to book using the online booking, but got very confused. So I called Holiday Inn booking directly. The customer service representative was very pleasant. I booked a two room stay at
the AARP Senior rate. I specifically asked if breakfast was included. She said I would have to pay an additional cost, so I refused.
As we were in MN for a funeral, many family members were also booked into the same hotel. I found that many of them had booked with other discount agencies and had a lower rate with free breakfast coupons. I was assured by the check in person that I had the lowest possible rate.
