I found treasure, as the staff is incredibly personable and friendly. From Ashley and Esmir at the front desk when I check in, to Garry, Matt, and Jeff at the bar, and Erica and all the other wait staff at the Thyme Restaurant, there are few other locations that have such great staff. This is a testament to Sheri, the manager, and her management staff (Don), as customer service comes first.
They have recently upgraded the wireless internet access, which has been very nice.
The hotel is in good condition, though not brand new looking.
The housekeeping crew and building maintenance people do a better than adequate job at keeping the facility nice for customers.
They have a decent workout facility, a large pool, and a dry sauna (no hot tub) available.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced location near downtown/Mayo, this is the place. [Less]
