This was our first trip to NYC and the staff was very helpful in guiding to places to eat, subway info, etc. The rooms were average hotel rooms, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I was
concerned about the elevators being slow based on other reviews that I had read, but they were not a problem. The free breakfast was a big plus - it saves money and if you are not familiar with the area, searching for places to eat is a hassle. The location of the hotel was convenient to Times Square and also the Port Authority which was very helpful when trying to board tour buses and the subway.
The only complaints for this particular room was that the shower was awkward and it poured water on the floor and the common area floor and tables were very dirty.
I would definitely recommend based on the beds, location, free breakfast and friendly staff. [Less]
