Staff was Fantastic! Beds were too high though.
Loved the staff, they were helpful and went out of their way to help with a handicapped person we arrived with.
This Holiday Inn had recently installed new beds; they were so high off the ground we
had to physically lift the handicapped person onto the bed everytime they got off instead of just sliding into bed from a wheelchair or walker. The bed was even high for non-handicapped person; at 5' 2" it came up to my waist, had to get a running start to "hop" onto it.
Area doesn't have many restaurants which was inconvenient, but that is sort of expected when one is in the mountains. [Less]
