Staying at your hotel is something my husband and I always look forward to when visiting the D.C. area. Not only is it's location convenient, we feel like it's our second home.
The one thing I
noticed during our last stay was the faint smell of cigarette smoke. I know there's probably nothing you can do about a guest smoking in the room but perhaps you might want to ask them at the desk if they're smokers? Or, enforce a monetary fine? I have asthma so it really affects me when I smell even the faintest cigarette smoke. Another idea perhaps is designate smoke free rooms.
Thank you. [Less]
