Room was comfortable and the staff was exceptional

The suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable even the pull out bed on the couch. Fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Shower was pleasant with plenty of hot water. Overall a great experience.

Very supportive and friendly.
Nice hotel in really good shape.

Only thing. Why using plastics at breakfast. That is non environmental friendly and non sustainable.

This hotel has become a home away from home. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in the door.
I have spent a few weeks here and it is always clean.
The beds are very comfortable. Best sleep I have gotten in a hotel. I highly recommend staying here!

Staff professionalism

The staff professionalism could use more training. I think first impression is very important especially in the hotel business. Firstly, the way front desk staff are dressed. Staff should be in professional attire maybe uniform. Show that you represent the hotel. Greet customers with gladness. No matter how tired customers are they want or glad to see a smiling face when they checked in . Secondly, show that you care about your guest. Put yourself in place of tired guests on the road for many hours or days. Welcome guests with smiles. Thirdly , you’re running a hotel representing not just Staybridge but other hotel brands as well. Show guests you can accommodate them. Show you have everything home away from home. Guests should NOT HAVE to trade in the old towels for a new one, let alone bring down the old towels(4) for 6 guests . Expecting to get enough towels for six guests but to only received ONLY ONE towel. :( Not good practice for guests to bring down old towels to front desk for new one.(1) for 6 guests

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and most of them remembers you from previous stays and call you by your name. It's a great place to stay.

Terrible hotel

The hotel was dirty. They overcharged me for my stay and the charges are still not credited. They did not recognize my stay preferences as a Diamond member. The health score in the dining and kitchen area was a B and we choose not to eat at this hotel. The hotel was loud and we could not sleep more than a couple of hours at best. It was a terrible experience.

Room was set up well for a short-term or long-term stay. Another plus was breakfast was very nice. Kitchen staff was very accommodating for our requests. Another advantage was a variety of different restaurants were close-by.

Good Service every visit. The point system could be better for travelers like me. I would like to retrieve my points that was promised to me from my Alabama stay. i was promise 3500 points but, it never accrued.
