We were not advised the hotel was under construction. The main entrance for the hotel changed each of the three days we were there without notice. The elevators were not accessible either. The only way we were notified about what was occurring was the handwritten signs posted through the hotel

This is a very comfortable hotel with a fantastic location. The two bedroom suite that we normally use has 2 bathrooms and it very spacious and comfy with a full kitchen. There is a supermarket, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza and Chinese Restaurant just a stroll across the parking lot away. The staff are very helpful and the hotel extras add to the experience. There is a complimentary shuttle service available to guests within a stated radius, even takes you to Sawgrass Mills Mall. It is a pet friendly hotel which is always a bonus because we get to say Hi to doggies on the corridors. Breakfast choices are good, adding some vegan options would make it even better. There is a guest social three days for the week where complimentary food and drink is available (even beer and wine), again if there were more vegan options it would be amazing. Renovations were in progress this time, so things were a little disrupted but it was still a very enjoyable stay. I always choose Staybridge Suites Plantation when we go to Fort Lauderdale. This was our 4th time there and they were all fantastic stays.

This is my 4th stay at the Staybridge Suites in Plantation Fl. My family and I are always treated with dignity and Respect. The convenience of BREAKFAST is a major plus. The variety of items is awesome! The cleanliness and comfort of the bedrooms are great.

My only disappointment was that every day i got back to the hotel the dishes were not washed properly.
There was still stains on the plates, cups and folks that were used. The dishwasher alone WILL NOT DO.
Sometime it takes the dishcloth to remove some of the food stains. It was VERY disappointing to get back to the hotel to meet dirty dishes that was 'supposedly' been clean.
It's just unacceptable.

We have stayed at Staybridge at this and other locations previously. It is convenient to where our family and other activities are located. We compared and it is priced same or better than regular hotel rooms and have the convenience of a kitchen plus living room with the one bedroom suites.

Pre checkin communication was very good. The stay was quiet and would enjoy staying there again. It was a week long stay and the staff was very nice.

First visit to Miami area. Hard working staff. Entire first floor was being remodeled which was inconvenient. Initially did not have the room we reserved 10 weeks previously, but mysteriously appeared after some conversation. Suite was spacious. Good access to highways and attractions. Good food nearby. Safe area and space to walk/run around the property.

A bit disappointed based on the price of the room. Breakfast was nothing to write about. Did not like the idea of putting initials down on inventory in a room that I never inventoried or saw an initialed inventory sheet on. When I asked for a copy of the sheet, was informed housekeeping has it. Needless to say, I never got a copy of the sheet. Poor customer service!
