    HIgh quality and comfortable hotel

    Another great Staybridge property, as with all their locations I cannot really fault my stay, high quality and spacious rooms with quality furnishings and fittings. Staff were friendly and efficient when needed.

    Hotel is centrally located and easy to get to from Newcastle Railway station.

    Would definitely use this hotel again in the future!

    It's fantastic to be able to cook a simple meal when away on business, rather than playing the "lonely traveller with a book" in a restaurant by yourself. That alone will keep me coming back, but the staff are a delight too.

    Good hotel. Service needs tightening up

    I have stayed here frequently and the hotel itself is very good. On this occasion I had all sorts of problems with check-in and check-out and while staff were very pleasant I think more training is required. A helpful phone call after my stay was a good way of handling the difficulty.

    Overall the facilities ies are excellent for short and long stays
