Overall good but with smoking smell in room

The check-in was good and clear. When I enter the room, there was very strong smell of smoking. The windows are all open, with air conditioner turned on and an extra box fan running in full speed. I guess they have noticed the smell and trying to get rid of it. But they still provided me the room with unhealthy air condition. I complained and tried to change a room at front desk but was told all rooms are booked so this is the only one I got. From my experience of stays in other hotels, they usually help book another room in a hotel nearby and reimburse the cost. But the way I have to do is just deal with the smoke for the whole night. I hope the management could do better than that. I know this is not a common scenario but sometimes when that happens, I wish the hotel can handle it well with an appropriate solution.

Definitely a place to stay whenever near the area! Taylor, the frontdesk did so well and made us feel comfortable and at home.

Wish we had stayed here for the night before, the experience and room along with comfort of surrounding areas was great. The courtyard was great, the pool was enjoyed, breakfast was quite the spread. Would absolutely stay again

Uncaring staff. This property is dingy and road noise is constant. Air conditioning cannot hold temp below 75 during daylight.
Carpet and furniture stains in room and common areas. Just a general dinginess that reminds me of low end chains
