We wanted a hotel close to MIA, which was safe as well. The rooms were very well equipped with all necessary attributes. The hotel staff was helpful and cordial. All in all, we were comfortable in this hotel.
Location to the airport was great

It's 4 miles to amtrak. They should shuttle you there. When I asked on arrival they said they would get us there. Then at the kast.kinute in the am they said they wouldn't. Almost missed the train.
Very good property but food a bit on the cheap side

Welcoming staff. Shuttle driver very nice. Food at breakfast and social hour below average for a Staybridge. Felt they were trying to get by with cheapest quality.

Room was just as needed before our cruise. Breakfast a plus and shuttle took us to a local Cuban restaurant.

We loved everything about our stay! Great airport to hotel transportation and back. Friendly staff. Great food. Comfortable clean room. Free laundry. Highly recommend!

The room was cozy and very clean. It was one of the best rooms that I have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel 10/10. If I could live there I probably would. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in Miami

The Staff are amazing. Evelio goes above and beyond to take care of customers. Joe and Guillermo manage the hotel and ensure that customers are always taken care of. The Social dinner and drinks at night (M-W) was such a great experience!

On check in as a group of 4, we were given a room prepared for 2 and given bedding to make up a pull out bed ourselves. In over 30 years of staying in hotels, I have never had to make up the room myself. If I book for 4 people, I expect to be given a room all ready set up for 4 people. After the first night, this issue was discussed with management and was resolved quickly which I appreciate. We were moved to a better suited room which set up for 4 people from the outset.
I liked the pool at the hotel and also the fact that the guest laundry was complimentary.
I would stay there again provided I could be assured that the right room allocation was done from the outset.

The site is good to go clean and beds are comfortable! Love the oversized suite! Amenities are cut back to Monday thru Wednesday! Although points were given the normal question of what amenity would you like was omitted! But overall a great stay

I would like to kindly point out the very small issue. The morning breakfast was nice, but there was no sign on the egg omelet area about what kind of omelet they were serving. When I asked, I was told that the omelet was veggie. When I start eating, it turns out veggies with ham. This is really horrific for a Mulims person to go through this kind of experience. We are living in the 21st century, where almost five percent of travelers are Muslims, and it is increasing every day. Please educate the staff about Jewish and Muslim dietary issues. This will make the IHG a welcoming place for over one billion Muslims.
