    The staff are great, very attentive to all needs.
    Since being here I have moved from an old room to a renovated room. The overall appearance and comfort of the new room is great, but still has a few problems.
    The amenities like the pool, internet and wifi still needs a lot of attention. Also the outside amenities need some attention especially some warm protected areas for the upcoming winter.
    Its a great place to make long term friends due to the family atmosphere and the number of long term stay.
    This makes the stay a wonderful experience.

    They stay was comfortable and quiet even though construction is going on in the hotel for renovations. Friendly courteous staff. No DVD players in the room though and no channel guide is on the TV to tell you what is on or will be on. However not a real complaint.

    Lack of a place to sleep and rude, not helpful "services"

    Our pull out sofa was broken. Frame was all warped and springs were missing. I called the front desk for a solution and she said she had a full size bed and made me come down and get it. Little did I know that she was changing shifts so she didn't want to leave late. When my son brought it back it was a twin bed. So I called the front desk again and the extremely unhelpful new front desk manager told me it wasn't his fault she shouldn't have told me it was a full size bed and there was nothing he could do because he had a full house. There was no accountability and he didn't even bother to apologize for the hotels mistake and broken furniture. He was extremely rude and said there was nothing he was going to do tonight and I would have to deal with it in the morning. Let me guess, after he leaves.
