    Everytime - we we stay at this hotel the pool is always very cold - we book there because of the two bedroom suites, but are rethinking that due to the increase in room rates and we don't use the pool or our grandkids that travel with us don't use the pool because it is so cold
    have complained numerous time but nothing gets done about it always get told that it is checked and the temp is fine - but it isn't if kids even find it cold

    Not a good night's rest

    There were very rowdy people in the main lounge upon arrival, and the hallways were freezing cold. However our room was relatively quiet (except for the traffic, which could be heard most of the night). It was very clean, with our own controlled thermostat and the glass wear provided was a nice bonus. BUT the bed was definitely NOT a queen, as billed. It was certainly a double, and the mattress sagged so we kept rolling into the middle all night. I woke up so poorly rested that I needed to take a nap once I got back home. Other than the DIY belgian waffles, the free breakfast was quite awful. Imitation eggs, no bacon, old looking fruit salad, weak coffee. Overall not the relaxing romantic getaway I had envisioned, especially given the price we paid! :(

    Starts and ends with the staff who always make me feel welcome. Brought my spouse on this trip and they were very impressed. Love the breakfasts and dinners. Appreciate the way all staff seem to communicate with each other very well. Keep up the good work!
