We have stayed at this property a number of times. Our first visit was good (4-5 stars), but our experiences rapidly tanked after that first stay -- with the last couple of stays requiring us to put up with a VERY rude and snarky female front desk employee. We have only continued to stay at this property because other IHG properties were too far from where we needed to be during our stay.
I have not recommended this hotel since our first visit because of the rudeness and difficulty working with staff. I have never had an issue with any other IHG property to the extent of difficulty I've had with the staff at this hotel. They would only provide Platinum members a ONE NIGHT courtesy upgrade which I have never experienced at any other IHG property! Management has allowed front desk employees to be EXTREMELY rude and condescending to guests -- sitting and listening to the employee as she spoke to guests and doing nothing to rectify the situation -- leading me to believe the manager was in agreement with the rudeness and inappropriateness of the front desk employee. And, let me say, I do not believe in a manager correcting employees in public or in front of guests, but the manager surely could have called and apologized for the employee's behavior once a guest has checked in, but nothing like that ever happened!
I am again going to step out on a limb and recommend this property because our last stay was good -- equal to our first stay. I can only hope they have had a turnover if not in management, at least in front desk personnel who are much more professional than the past front desk employees.
I have thought long and hard about posting a review and decided I would not only post a review, I would post a positive review in hopes management's tone has changed and management/staff at this property once again care about how they treat guests, especially those of Platinum status and above.

From check in to check out all of our expectations were meet. Very friendly staff, clean room and wonderful breakfast options both mornings. Will definitely choose this location again.

Always a good stay at this Staybridge. Have never had a problem. Have stayed at this location at least 6 times.

I appreciated the ambiance of the hotel and comfortable bedding for a great evening of much needed rest. The staff was very accommodating and only added to the pleasant experience. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
