    The location is great and close to everything. The room service is non existent. When asked staff refused to bring towels to my room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable causing me back pain for the whole entire following day. it felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The thermostat has no off it was either AC that's to cold or Heat that is extremely stuffy.

    As soon as we walked in the hotel I knew we were going to have a good stay. The front desk personnel was very helpful with information about the area. The room was bright, spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette and bathroom were very functional. Loved the bathroom towels. Didn't expect the 5:30 soup, salad and sandwiches which were perfect and cancelled our need to go out for dinner. A welcome surprise after our long ride. The jumbo cookies finished off the meal.
    Great breakfast. Enjoyed the exercise room and the pool. We will be in the area next month and have no question to where we will be staying. We will be back.

    Terrible Front Desk

    First I would to say that I stayed at this location numerous times before I had a problem. I requested a suite on the first floor when I made my reservation. I checked in to find out my suite was located on the second floor. I asked if there were any suites available on the first floor. I was told there were suites available on the first floor but I would have to contact the front desk in the morning. I found this odd because I never experienced a problem with changing my room if there were other rooms available. I contacted the front desk in the morning to have the representative speaking very condescending to me. I was told that a request does not mean the hotel have to honor it. I was told we would have to hold your room until your reservation date and besides a corporate company reserved numerous rooms and we have to honor our corporate customer first. Your suites are nice but they are not cheap. It was irrelevant to her that I am a platinum elite member and my patronage to your establishment was irrelevant as well. Lastly my family was awaken from our sleep for a noise complaint. I told the representative that the noise was coming from the hallway she informed me that if she receives another call we would be asked to leave the hotel. I am waiting for a response from your hotel and Ihg corporate. If this last stay will be a representation of your brand. I will stop patronizing your establishmens and tell others of my experience

    we only stayed over 1 night and we had our 5 and 7yr old with us. we were very happy. the rooms were really nice and clean. bed was very comfortable. staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was way more than we expected!! the staff kept everything filled up, tables were clean. she was constantly checking to make sure everyone was happy. they even had takeout bags so you could take breakfast to go!!! the pool was very warm and clean. the staff came in to check if we were ok or needed anything. overall we were very happy and would definitely stay there again
