    I must say that staying at your hotel is a real challenge requiring lots of patience and predicting what your cleaning staff wouldn't do next.

    On the Saturday we arrived we were placed in a very nice 1 bedroom location/suite. Shortly after arrival we discovered there was no coffee maker in the room although the coffee was there. The rest of our stay tested our patience as each day it seemed to be one thing or another was not completed/supplied as it should have been. The silverware was missing on day 2, the dishcloth and dish towel were missing on another day. The coffee for the coffee maker we had to request was missing one day and bath towels were missing on another day. We stayed 6 nights so for 5 of the 6 nights we were there we had to ask for something.

    You have a nice hotel and location. What is lacking are the details that would go with a high quality establishment. None of the above issues should have even happened thus would not have resulted in our needing to contact the front desk. If our experiences are also encountered by your other guests it would seem your front desk staff spends a lot of their day putting out unnecessary fires.

    We stayed in your establishment last year also but I don't think we would stay there again if other suitable options are available.
