    Exceeded My Expectations

    I didn't really know what to expect, but the hotel exceeded all my expectations. Very clean overall, large comfortable room (but the TV could be a bit larger for such a big room,) decent free breakfast, even beautiful common areas with comfortable seating and large screen TVs.

    And I got a great promo rate by booking online directly with the hotel and joining their rewards program.

    Did I mention the great location? Within easy walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, the French Quarter, Riverwalk and the aquarium, museums, the Convention Center, Harrah's Casino. theaters, shopping, and more. And a short taxi or Uber trip to other parts of the city; I got everywhere I needed to be for less than $6/trip.

    All in all, a great stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again and to recommend it to family and friends. Thanks!

    Great stay, great view!

    This hotel is awesome! We loved the fact that we had a mini-kitchen in the room (Less dining out, so less money out of the wallet), and our room had a killer view of the city. The only problem we had was with our key cards not working, which the staff quicklly took care of for us.

    Comfortable and Convenient in NOLA

    We stayed here based on it's proximity to the casino and to the French Quarter. Everything was great, staff was attentive and very responsive to our needs. Breakfast wasn't great but it was adequate for free.

    Good place to stay

    Good bed and a nice suite. Two couples for a few days away and a show. Once we parked we could walk everywhere. My only problem was during breakfast and the social, the food ran out often. Sometimes they would bring out food and you could be in line and not get anything. One evening they brought out rice but said the chicken dish was still frozen. So with 30 minutes left for the social, we could have rice. This was the only problem. Otherwise, a very good hotel.

    Great Location

    The location was great (close to the French Quarter, Jackson Square the Riverwalk and Harrah's Casino) and the hotel staff was pleasant. I'm not used to staying in downtown areas so maybe this was not out of the ordinary but it cost $34.00/night to park across the street. I believe the parking garage for the hotel was a bit higher but it was full by the time we got there. Be prepared for the additional parking charges when you are budgeting your trip. You can walk most places but if you do choose to drive, parking is much less expensive when you get a few blocks away.

    Wonderful experience, the suite is ample, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is magnificent. In addition, they provide a "Social", with snacks, appetizers, wine, beer, and soda. Excellent!

    Friendly staff

    Front desk staff was great (day and night). We felt like it was a safe area. The room size was nice and bed was good. The bathroom in our suite was not very clean. The breakfast selection was sparse, but what was offered was good. We did not use the pool because it looked gross. The parking was more expensive than other NOLA hotels, but the parking area was too tiny to get in and out of parked cars. Overall, the stay was ok. Not what I expected for a Staybridge Suites. For the price, I would have expected better, which is why we chose it... but it felt like we were staying at a cheaper hotel chain.

    Comfortable and Great Location

    Staybridge was in a central location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was nice. The snacks offered were good but it was only available on one of our three nights. We thought the towels could be better, they felt very rough. Overall, we would stay at a Staybridge again.

    Good location, great service

    I stayed for two nights. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The staff were great and it was easy to check in and check out.

    There's a temp short term parking area to unload and load your car at the side entrance near the lobby.There's a large pay for parking lot across the street. It is a good location close to the convention center but also not far from downtown.
