    Perfect setting on all catagories

    I really enjoyed being involved with setting up my family from Canada for the weekend . This was the 3rd time I have set this up. Everything I have documented in this survey was what was expressed to me by the whole family as to the outstanding rating I have given. Even though I live close by , most of the weekend was spent with the families at this suite which was well beyond I could have provided them in my own Home.

    My husband and I reserved a suite for 2 nights (December 14th and 15th) to celebrate our 10th wedding Anniversary only to be greeted (once we entered the room) with a letter informing us that carpets were being cleaned that day and the next day and that we needed to remove our things from the floor. We should have been informed of this at the time of check in or at least been accommodated with another room that had been cleaned the previous day once we questioned the front desk the next morning after breakfast. But unfortunately we were given a stay or leave attitude so we decided to leave. Needless to say what should have been a memorable 10th Anniversary was spoiled. And that's the memory I will have when choosing hotel/motel accommodations in the future. This was not our first stay here we spent ou 9th anniversary there as well.

    Hello, very sorry to hear of the issue with wet carpets during your stay. We do want our guests to have great experiences and strive to accomplish that goal. I apologize that deep carpet cleaning was an inconvenience during your stay. If we had options to relocate you to another room we would have done so. I can assure you that we do value our guest and providing quality accommodations is of utmost importance.
