    Better than most other hotels Ive stayed for price. Could use more attention to cleanliness of beds,carpets/floors and tub. Noone wants to find someone elses "hair" if you can imagine what Im saying. Nice kitchen area with few managable cookware. At home atmosphere.

    I am a platinum IHG member, so expected fairly optimal treatment. Though one of the reception desk staff was quite pleasant, this stay was my last. The furniture included the same defects as I complained about on my first stay. The bedside table drawer would not stay shut. The sink dripped water on the floor. The garbage disposal did not work. Further,
    1. The room was not well cleaned upon arrival. The drawers had hairs in them.
    2. The kitchen was poorly stocked. It did not contain, for example, a saucepan to boil water for tea or a wine bottle opener.
    3. I never allow housekeeping in the room unless I have removed my pet, for fear she might get out the door as they clean. On Day 1 I asked for no cleaning. The following day I informed the front desk that I would leave the hotel with my pet for three hours, during which time they should thoroughly clean. I returned and they had not cleaned. When I said I would remain in the room with my pet if they would clean immediately, they promised to do so. They didn't arrive so i called again. 45 minutes later housekeeping sent someone to hand me four towels. I called again. 15 minutes later housekeeping arrived to do a "light touchup." I had to sweep the kitchen and bathroom floors myself and request that they be mopped, grudgingly done so. I missed a scheduled appointment due to this fiasco.
    4. To finalize, two cockroaches emerged from the coffee table as I was preparing to leave.

It is unfortunate that some of the amenities in the room like the kitchen wares, tables, and the sink. while room was clean upon arrival, it is regretful that housekeeping was not able to service the room during the stay. In addition, I am sorry if you ever felt that the issues you raised from your previous stay were not given enough attention. IHG aims to always provide the best experience to every guests. And yet again, this did not happen this time. I know that nothing may change your thoughts about your visit but I will share this information with our hotel owners and management as reminder that there are things in the open items for them.     When arriving at my room it was very spacious and had a large kitchen. Bedroom and Bathroom were large and comfortable. Furniture in the living area could have been more comfortable and TV options were limited but great value for the price. The only issue I had was the odor in the room which was strong when first entering, but not too bad as to need to request a room change.

    Great stay great price

    I was not expecting the suite to be so homy and cozy. The kitchen lived up to my expectations and had all the amenities, the living room was nice and we used it for a late night movie with wine which was fun. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We also used the kitchen to cook food, and ended up saving money this way since we weren't planning on eating out for every meal. Overall it was a great stay for a great price and we will most likely be coming back.
