De l'accueil au check out, tout était parfait.
Le personnel, la chambre et sa décoration à la fois classieuse et fonctionnelle, avec sa cuisine intégrée (lave-vaisselle, lingette, essui-main, poivre et sel, plaque céramique,...), avec une belle salle-de-bain même si on aurait aimé que les toilettes soient séparées de cet espace...

The location of this hotel is great: just opposite Houses of Parliament, the Royal Palace and shops just around the corner. Of course, all the Corona-restrictions can make it difficult to enjoying yourself. Fortunately the hotel makes life easier with its spacious suites with fully equipped kitchen, breakfast with very helpful staff, free coffee/tea all day, etc.
