This is a brand-new hotel from Novum Hospitality that recently signed an agreement with IHG and all of the niu hotels have joined IHG group. We've already liked the niu and addition into Holiday Inn hotels have been an excellent touch.
Hotel is nice and clean, however service staff didn't seem the happiest. This could particularly be that only two staff members were serving tens of arrivals on that day. Also, breakfast area is simply too small for the number of people staying.

We arrived, parking was not clear. However after walking to reception I was told where to park.
When in the room, it was modern, and the hotel is in the industrial area of konstanz, didn't realise this when booking. This is a new hotel and it shows. It adequate but unlikely to return.
Good people work there. Overall nice hotel. The Hampton inn is next door.

Das Personal an der Rezeption – Samad und Marilena – war einfach herausragend!
Professionell, äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit mit einem Lächeln für uns da. Schon beim Check-in haben wir uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Das gesamte Hotelteam war aufmerksam, gut organisiert und sehr gastfreundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ruhig und doch zentral, perfekt für Spaziergänge am See oder Ausflüge in die Altstadt.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet – ein perfekter Start in den Tag!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und danken dem gesamten Team – besonders Samad und Marilena – für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
