A recepcionista é ótima. O hotel tem uma bela decoração, o quarto é pequeno, não tem nada além de cofre. Não tem AC, apenas ventilador de pé. A janela não é à prova de som. O banheiro está bom, mas não gosto da cortina do box.

I booked a Queen Room, whose name comes from the queen bed they usually offer. The pictures include a very inviting one, indeed.
It seems the name was just symbolic, as the room came with small twin beds placed together (plus another bed that was expanded out of a sofa, blocking the entire access - this was later dismantled since it made no sense at all to have three small beds for a solo traveller).
My only reason for booking this room was the Queen bed - I was visiting for work and exhausted after a long day, sleep quality in a big enough bed is my basic demand for a hotel. But I could barely fit on the tiny twin bed (80cm?).
The staff was very friendly, though. I was offered a much smaller room with a surprisingly large bed (almost a Queen size), but it was positioned against a wall on one side, lacking a headboard, which left the pillows orphaned in the space behind. I would have spent the night hunting for my pillows on the floor. And being cooked because of the lack of fresh air.
This was the second issue: The room was a sauna - there was no air conditioning, and opening the windows was not an option. Noises, including screaming, police cars and ambulances, kept running around the entire night. The hotel is located in a shady area with streets filled with grey business activity, hence the frequent car sirens.
Sorry... never again.

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Alle am Empfang tätigen Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sowohl Checkin als auch Checkout gingen super schnell.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Über das tägliche Cleaning konnte man selbst entscheiden. Der Umwelt zuliebe nur bei Bedarf! Die Betten waren top, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Da wir Langschläfer sind, haben wir am Frühstück nicht teilgenommen. Aber rund um das Hotel gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zu essen!
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
Mit der Lage des Hotels waren wir persönlich sehr zufrieden! Es ist eine belebte Umgebung und die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind für uns ein Plus.
