Excellent service and amenities

I have never come across a hotel this exceptional and accommodating. I've had a lot of hotel stays in the past five years, and this was the first time that I have not had any issues. The happy hour was amazing and allowed my colleagues and I to mingle after our work training. With that, there was consistent access to water, which has been an issue at other hotels in the past. Finally, the staff was very warm and answered all the questions I had regarding my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was great. The noise level was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The facility was very clean. And they had orange water. I've never had water with the oranges in it before. I've had others but not with oranges.It was great. I like they had a drink machine. I could choose to get a drink from there or to get breakfast juices. I like having choices.

Kedua kalinya menginap di lokasi ini. Layanan pelanggan sangat baik, bersih dan nyaman. Para karyawan benar-benar terlihat menikmati pekerjaan mereka dan bekerja di sini, itu menyegarkan.

It wa a great stay. Would love to come back. The breajfast staff were kind and rooms and overall hotel was clean. I would have loved to be uograded next time.

Contacted hotel through multiple methods to get help with theft that occurred to our vehicle on their property. No one has responded or assisted whatsoever. Horrible way to run a business. We’ve used this hotel many times but no more. I will post negative reviews anywhere and everywhere I can.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, & spacious. The simple extras were notice such as a laundry basket 🧺, pitcher, & ice 🧊 in the refrigerator. Breakfast 🍳 was excellent with plenty of temperature hot options. This was my first overnight stay at Staybridge Suites and will definitely return in the future. Thank you 🙋♀️

This first experience with a Staybridge Suite and it will sure not be my last! It was all my wife and I needed, and then just a little more. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and largely, very personable. The bed was probably the nicest my wife and I remember sleeping in over our 44 years of marriage. Great breakfast and overall comfortable spot. We will come back!

The hotel is clean and staff were great. I booked this hotel because I needed the sofa bed for my son and it was horrible the mattress had visibly lumpy springs and the second you touched it you could feel every spring. So my son had to sleep with me and he is 5’6” at 12 years old so it was a very uncomfortable couple of nights. The rest of the the facility was good. Bathroom is a tight squeeze but other than that everything was clean staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good pool was great and refreshing.

I booked this on the phone and told the agent that it would be for my 20 year old son as he needed a place to stay for 2 nights as he finished his Amazon summer intership as a software engineer. I was very specific about he being 20 and I would NOT be there with him. I was told to just pay and he could use his CC for incidentals. He was denied access to check in on 7.30 because he was 20 and not 21 which was NEVER mentioned during our booking.

We stayed recently at this hotel and found it to be a great hotel experience. Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and the evening social (dinner) was nice to come back to after a long day. Everything was clean throughout the hotel so we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Austin.
