Our room was always clean and with fresh towels, thank you to the housekeeping department. All staff are very nice and approachable.

Excellent experience! The cleanliness was top-notch, the food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly—special thanks to Moula for doing a fantastic job. The pantry team promptly replenished everything once it was finished. The place itself was really impressive, and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Once again, a big thank you to the manager for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Was there to deal with some family matters after the passing of my mother.
The Front desk staff was incredible. They were caring and compassionate to our situation and i was extremely impressed and grateful. Thank you.

Stayed here for 3 nights last August 2025 for a family trip in Calgary. We had an amazing stay at the 1 king bedroom.suite with sofa bed. The staff were amazing, they were very attentive to our needs/requests especially the housekeeping department! The room itself was very clean and spacious. The hotel location was perfect and convenient as it was close to a variety of
stores/shops. We were not able to use the pool coz we didn't have time. Breakfast was good, lots of options!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel nearly every month for the past two years (over 20 stays). I’m a Diamond Elite member with both Hilton and Holiday Inn as I spend over 150 nights in hotels per year, so I usually don’t write reviews; but this hotel really deserves one for their excellent staff.

Dalal, Rawan, Abhishek, Gurleen, and Harpreet are phenomenal at the Front Desk. They greet every guest like family. They are very friendly, patient, and helpful and I look forward to seeing them every time at check-in and checkout.

The hotel includes very good breakfast and on Mondays to Wednesday's an evening social. The kitchen staff, including Analiza, Wisal, Vangie, Jennelyn, Ma Lee and Rita Do a wonderful job love preparing good meals and making sure there’s enough for everyone and checking in on everyone to make sure they’re enjoying.

The fitness centre at the hotel is enough to get a pretty good workout. There’s also a nice outdoor area with a basketball hoop. And the laundry service is great for those long travels that need a little wardrobe freshening up.

The location is also very convenient and that you’re close to the airport and close to downtown, but not located in a heavily busy area. Sunridge Mall and a lot of great shops and Cineplex movie theatres and Costco are all within five minutes drive.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I like the hotel overall it was an amazing stay and the Lady at the front desk her name is Rawan I believe she was amazing and very friendly 10/10 Great stay will come back for sure

ZERO STAR'S AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST'S I WOKE UP AND MY ARM WAS SWOLLEN WITH BUG BITES AND THEY WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEM....I WAS TOLD I HAVE ALLERGIES.....GUESS THEY ARE ALSO DOCOTORS...

Dental Kit a basic needs was provided at a price like tooth brush @$5, Toothpaste @3.50, breakfast timings on weekend closes at 10:30am and we reached at 10:10am and to our surprise there was no scrambled eggs & we were made to wait with no update and left without breakfast.
No room service available in the evening…..
Rooms were clean and staff Abhishek, Ravan were good.
IHG also didn’t respond to my complaints with no update till now.
I won’t recommend staying there.
