Paid a high price to stay in a suite with my children, chipped bath tub, not functioning outlets, bedroom door that was broken, no extra linens provided for sleeper sofa, staff couldn’t move my room due to capacity Do not stay here with a family.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I didn't get an opportunity to check out the amenities, but there is a pool and hot tub, exercise room and fire pit. There's a nice bar within walking distance and the mall is down the street. Plenty of food options nearby.

My husband and I had a great stay! We were allowed to check in a little early. The front desk worker was great and didn’t miss a beat with all the info they need to pass on. Our room was very nice. Highly impressed. Location was great and breakfast in the morning was great! Love the potato’s!

This is a very clean and well maintained property. Guest personnel are very courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and superior. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone coming to Canton.

We stayed at hotel in Canton. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and nicest that I have had the pleasure to stay with in a long time. The walls in hotel or very thin. The next door room set an alarm and it went off for several hours in early morning. Other that a great stay.

Will stay there again next time I am in Ohio. Very spacious, room service always knocked and asked if you need anything if you were in the room. Staff was very friendly and kind , very happy we stayed here.

Hotel staff seemed avoidant, bed was clean but the rest of the room was dirty, we found a few spiders crawling around. Door to the bathroom is such a tight fit it literally touches the toilet seat so forget being comfortable. Wasn't even asked why we chose to leave a day early when turning in our room keys.

Love the convenience of the restaurant near by that we can walk from the hotel to it and how quiet and friendly the staff is by recognizing me by my name and that I am club member

I have used this hotel several times due to its great location with convenient access to I77. The staff is really outstanding, remembering me from one stay to the next and assuring a comfortable experience. I recommend this location!

After almost 2 weeks of travel, we tried this hotel. It was amazing! The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was by far the best we have seen. We are pretty picky and Staybridge met our expectations perfectly!
