Very clean rooms. Nice property. Affordable. Close to NFL HoF. Had to type more to make it to 50 characters.

This location is always great for us to stay. Everyone friendly and helpful, rooms always clean, convenient location. Sad to see a couple long-time staff were gone. Glad to see some familiar people from our many previous stays (Amy, Troy and Rhea). I'm sure we'll be back again.

I chose the King Studio Suite. I have stayed in many hotels over the years. This one is at the top of my list for location, value, amenities, breakfast, ambience, comfort, space, overall experience. While I came to Canton to see the Pro Football Hall of Fame, this hotel is also a great place for someone traveling on business. The work space is spacious. Overall, a great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The room was clean and well kept. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only dowsude was the mattress being a bit saggy, but not enough to really interfere with sleep. Great location close to freeway and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

Arriving at this hotel after a long drive, the attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cared for. With all the positives that we experienced, I will admit that the breakfast was medicore as was the breakfast staff

This hotel was very accommodating and had free wash and dry availability. Very useful when you're working night shift and want to limit having to go out and find a place to wash clothes. Free breakfast is always a plus and there were also many restaurants close by. Overall a pretty good location.

I would give this place a 7 or 8 out of 10 because the shower door could have looked a lot better and the bed was a little too firm for my taste. Otherwise nice place, friendly lady at front desk and great location near store and food.

This was the nicest IHG property we've stayed at. The front desk associate was a pleasure to work with and she recognized our member status. The room was immaculate, the pillows were comfortable and the bed was firm. The coffee and breakfast were good and hot. Would definitely recommend this property. All IHG properties should be like this one.

Subject: Urgent Billing Issue – Diamond Member
I am a Diamond member and on the way after this week being a Diamnond member for next year. I have contacted customer service four times regarding a billing issue. I was promised a callback by Jessica yesterday at noon, but received no follow-up.
I am being charged twice for the same stay, and despite being told a credit was issued, the funds have not been received by my bank. This situation is unacceptable, especially given the amount I’ve spent with IHG.
The handling of this issue has been disappointing and lacks transparency. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to a corporate manager and reconsider my loyalty to IHG in favor of other hotel brands.

The staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The hotel and rooms were clean. There was ample handicapped parking (needed for my mom). The sound-proofing between rooms and from the outside was excellent. The location is great for access to shopping, restaurants, Pro Football Hall of Fame. Although they don't have on-site EV charging, there is EV charging close by (within 1-2 miles) at another hotel and a GetGo.
