Kamar bagus tapi...

Kamar kami nyaman dan bagus. Namun, lantai tempat kami menginap berbau asap rokok dan ganja selama masa inap kami (2 malam/3 hari). Begitu kami keluar dari lift, hanya itu yang tercium hingga kami memasuki kamar.

Staybridge ini memerlukan beberapa perombakan besar. Sangat ketinggalan jaman. Lift rusak, kulkas penyok, dan kamar mandi perlu diperbaiki.
Ada di sana Senin malam sekitar pukul 6PM. Makanan hampir habis.
Saran saya pada malam Senin-Rabu: jam bersosialisasi sebaiknya hanya di area perhotelan, orang yang membawa piring besar berisi makanan ke kamar tidak diperbolehkan!

Because I have stayed at this particular hotel… While traveling to Chattanooga, I booked the hotel again because I was satisfied with the first stay… However, this particular trip upon entering the room and attempting to get settled… My travel companion found a lizard in their bathroom… And to make matters worse as I was preparing to iron an article of clothing when I pulled out the ironing board I was greeted in my room with a cockroach! I will say this the front desk manager was very disturbed by our discovery, and he did everything that he could to address it however, there were other Front desk staff that when I mentioned our discovery, they thought it was cute! And as I shared with those two young ladies were not accustomed to finding lizards in our room where I’m from… At any rate the front desk manager again seeking to make sure that we were OK Moved us to another room… And upon entering that room throughout the room itself, there was food all over the floors in the living room area and bedrooms… they sent up housekeeping staff who initially came in the room only to drop off the vacuum cleaner… And after I stress to him that I thought that he should be the one to clean the floor he finally did so. Needless to say… this was not the best stay

There were unruly guests running up and down halls, staff told and saw but did nothing. Every time we tried to park there were vehicles parked illegally, staff was told and saw but did nothing.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The room however was advertised as a 4 person room with double bed and pull out sofa bed. They did not say that the pullout is a twin. I had two teens. One had to sleep uncomfortably on the chaise part of the couch. There was only 3 of everything in the room. I had to ask for more pillows and blankets due to not even being supplied for the pullout. I had to ask for another towel and washcloth. The toilet barely flushed. Overall I wouldn’t have booked here if I had known it was only a 3 person room and there was 4 of us.

Perfect Place to stay while taking in the experience of the Chattanooga dinner train! 4 miles from the station, very convenient location . The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling but if you desired more it was located right next door to the iconic Waffle House!

Our stay was nice. We got upgraded to a double room King 2 Full beds suite. There were three of us and this made our stay much more comfortable and gave more value for the dollar. The room, ambiance and lighting was good. Soundproofing from the busy street was excellent. Very quiet. We enjoyed watching movies on the provided dvd player in the living room. The kitchen was clean and made our stay nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. Negatives: Pool was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Smelled terrible and was dirty and murky. We could not swim. My son looked forward to this, so definite negative. The bathrooms in the suite were just ok. The showers had some mildew and mold spots. With a little more cleaning, would have been great. Design of suite (paint and pictures) was great and homey feeling, except in bathroom. The paint was starting to peel there and could easily be updated. For the extra upgrade and excellent guest service and comfort deducting the disgusting pool and shower, plus excellent soundproofing and comfortable beds, I would rate the stay a 7.5-8 based on $200 per night average. Clientele for the price range left a little to be desired (read sketchy). If we hadn't been upgraded, I probably would have checked out and paid more to stay at the newly renovated Embassy Suites dien the street or downtown.

Excellent stay. Beds were amazing; ice cold a/c, room clean and spacious. But what really made the difference was “Willie” who managed the front desk. Out of the 5 Hilton brand hotels we stayed on this trip this was the only one that the person checking us in was particularly welcoming and engaging. He reminded me of a B&B host vs a front desk clerk. His personal interest in our stay was the X factor.

The staff at this location are top notch. All of the pieces to a successful team seem to present. Helpful with all aspects of the overall experience. Room was very nice and very accommodating. Had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Fully loaded kitchen as well. Would stay here next year again!
