Awful customer service, AC doesn’t work all rooms

As a platinum Ambassador member this HAS to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHG property before. I stayed recently here with my dad who’s disabled and on oxygen btw and my experience was so bad, so bad I plan on contacting corporate. We stayed in a room that had no AC, the thermostat hit 80 degrees and what did the 2nd shift front desk lady call and ask me you maybe ask, she said “hey we can bring a couple of fans up”? I couldn’t believe she suggested that, especially in a 2 bedroom suite we were in #400. I asked if we could be moved to 2 rooms instead since I was with my dad and all of his medical equipment. She declined. To make matters worst she was very sarcastic in her apology for the whole situation and wasn’t willing to help at all, besides to move us to another room, another room that was a smaller room type than our current room. We ended up moving rooms and was told the AC would be fine in our room #101. Well, after the first night the thermostat was at 72, not to mention the thermostat would only go as low as 68 degrees and this is in all the rooms to find out! Honestly I stay in hundreds of hotel rooms annually and have NEVER stayed at a hotel that had a set limit for the temperature. The last night we were there my dad and I woke up sweating due to the thermostat being at 76 degrees, even though we had it set at 69 degrees. I was so mad and so glad to check out. The night before also the manager said he went to our old room #400 and supposedly fixed the AC so we could move back to our old room the last night staying there, luckily before we moved a member of housekeeping said the thermostat was still reading 80 and that the room didn’t cool down at all, even after a couple of hours of him “fixing it” so we didn’t move rooms, we stayed in the new room, the new room with no working AC also. What really makes me mad and irritated is when checking out Saturday 09-27 the manager I believe was Demitrus said he couldn’t compensate anything due to our issues, my dad asked to “make it right” and he wouldn’t. I’m telling you right now if you stay here you’re going to regret it. Once again I’ve stayed at HUNDREDS of hotels and have NEVER had issues like this with the room and unprofessional staff. The lady who worked nights was SO unprofessional and no willing to help. I will update my review if the hotel reaches out to me to make this right, but if I don’t hear anything in the next couple of days I will make sure to go thru corporate, IHG and my company also to make sure all my colleagues never stay here as well including all family and friends with my social media gathering. I would hate for someone else to be put thru this same situation. I have a background of running hotels in the past and I couldn’t imagine letting a guest go thru this without “making it right” and this is something they didn’t want to do, even after all of the issues. Stay away from this hotel, I wish I would’ve just stayed at the residence inn down the street, so much better of a property including staff I’ve realize.

property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and ideal for larger groups who want to stay together. The staff was attentive and a minor AC issue was remedied expeditiously.

We really liked this hotel and would stay here again if we ever come back to this area. The rooms were big, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately this is the only IHG hotel we’ve visited that does not label their foods with allergens. When asked if they had any gluten free food due to an allergy the staff appeared bothered by the question and relayed that nothing in the breakfast line up was deemed to be gluten free and that there were no options in their marketplace that were gluten free. We would’ve gladly had the fruit but the fruit was not fresh and was browning

The location was great it was close to everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was very clean in / outdoor with a nice patio.

Excellent and convenient to Northern Denver. It was outside of the down town area, so if you don’t have a car you will have to use Uber. Super Target and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff, the suite, the breakfast and location to be wonderful. The main gathering area was well set up with couches to watch the 2 way fireplace, comfortable tables for eating a beautiful and fulfilling breakfast and just hanging out. One of the perks of staying here is FREE use of their washers and dryers. Yes that's right it is free - you just need your own detergent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!

The room was clean and orderly. However my room (311) had a couple issues that were not resolved. The air conditioner did not work, then I went to call the desk the phone was not working. I talked to the front desk three times. No communication back, no attempt to communicate with me.
By the time I checked out it was 84 degrees in the room. Did not sleep.
