Spent five nights at this property and I was impressed by the breakfast staff, Carlito on weekdays and Cheryl on the weekends. They were very attentive in assuring that the food was constantly replenished and that the seating and buffet area were clean for the continuous turnover of breakfast guests. I had the opportunity to also enjoy one evening of Happy Hour, a very nice treat!
This property is only a ten minute walk to Costco and a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, TJ Max and a few other retailers and eating establishments. Very convenient!

Excellent. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Room is clean. Location is closed to costco and to some restaurant.

The suite had furniture that was old and stained. The carpet was ragged and needed replacement. There was only one ice machine in the entire building and it was broke.

Carpet and floors were seriously disgusting. Hair and dirty mop residue on the bathroom floors, and large stains and wear on carpets. Hangers were broken. Iron had a scorch stain. Bed was decent. TV in bedroom was quite small.

This hotel was probably great when it first opened but now it needs to be updated. The rooms smell of smoke and musty carpet. Hotels make a lot of money and need to update every 10 years at a minimum. Put the profits back in to keep the business running at high occupancy with raving reviews.

Air conditioning parking

So parking wasn’t included which was not mentioned in the front desk once i checked in or at least on their website that they charge for parking. Now inside the room the are spacious and kitchen was fully equipped at least the other one we booked. The other room was kind of outdated then we realized that the air conditioning isn’t functioning properly. We asked if we could transfer to another room and the attendant right away stated that we don’t have an extra room to transfer you. Like it was our fault that the air conditioner wasn’t functioning. He made us feel that we don’t have a choice but to stay in the warm room and the one thing he didn’t realize is we had a baby that will sleep in the room. No empathy on his end not even saying sorry that the ac isn’t working

I was told I will be refunded for additional nigth that I cancelled, also that a manager will authorize it in addition will call me. None of it happened.

Frustrating Stay at Staybridge Fairfield—Not Up to

I’ve stayed at multiple Staybridge Suites across the country, and Fairfield was the most disappointing. Housekeeping was nonexistent unless I chased it down myself, and I wasn’t informed of the 7-day cleaning policy at check-in. Other locations offer weekday light service, so this felt like a bait-and-switch.
Suite 328 was underwhelming—missing amenities and not as polished as others I’ve seen. Staff communication was inconsistent, and I wasn’t told about the parking fee until after arrival. I texted the front desk with concerns and got a vague response hours later. At checkout, I was promised extra points, but nothing was followed up.
The breakfast team was the one bright spot—friendly and attentive. But overall, I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

A Quick Trip

I arrived late in the evening very tired after a full day attending the 2nd day of a 3 day wedding- the desk staff greeted me with a smile and checked me in quickly. When I pointed out I had parked in temporary parking, she kindly gave me a much appreciated overnight parking pass close to my room. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm decor of the room, the kitchen and other appointments. A quick breakfast buffet in the morning, and easy check out, then back for day 3 of the wedding. My only regret was I didn't have more time to stay!

Front desk manager ruined experience..

Like other reviews,I agree that front desk ruined it from giving better ratings..I am platinum member and needed late checkout today due to an urgent meeting..Even after multiple request ,Front desk did not agree to late checkout of 1:00 pm..By default and maximum they allow only check out until 12:30 pm..This is the first time I experienced with any IHG hotel..Also front desk manager was not customer friendly..
