Rooms were super clean, I was upgraded to a bigger room since it was available. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This is a well maintained property that offers plenty of parking and is well located. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and presented. The bed and sheets were comfortable.

The location is the main reason we stayed here. Don't expect much else from this hotel.

Being able to check in on the app is kind of pointless when you still have to wait in line at the desk to get a key. After a long walk upstairs and all the way toward the back of the hotel, we found out that our key did not work. I had to make the walk back down, only to have to wait in line again. Meanwhile, my family were left stranded in the hallway along with our luggage for a good fifteen minutes.
The floors in the room (carpet and tile) appear to be clean. However, vacuum cleaners can only do so much. We kept our socks on while walking around in the room. The short amount of time that our socks were off (getting ready for bed and then getting ready for the morning after waking up) our feet got filthy. Stepping into the shower and standing in the running water, you could literally see black rinsing off your feet. The carpets need steam cleaned and the tile needs mopped. Also, the air filter for the rooms a/c unit looks like it hasn't been changed in months.

Very cozy place with a good location

This staybridge is excellent. The staff was very friendly and the place (rooms and all) was very clean. Plenty of parking space and there were several restaurants within walking distance. It's just outside the busy traffic area so it was quiet but also convenient to get where needed.

Great customer service

We experienced great customer via telephone, at the front desk, and by calling guest services. Everyone was friendly and responsive. However, both my husband and I did not sleep well and had backaches after sleeping on the hard mattress. I would like to see an improvement in making the beds more comfortable.

If you're alone, it's OK. With a group it could be fun. Overall clean, comfortable rooms with mostly friendly (however not very highly trained) staff. His breakfast and there is a social with odd food service from 5 to 7 Monday thru Friday. But you have to hunt to get a beverage from the attendant. That was odd. And don't be late.

Upon my arrival I greeted by staff. My room was very clean and neat. The evening reception was a great way to wind down after a day on the road. This was the first time I have stayed at a Staybridge and will ne staying in the future.

Nice stay in Fayetteville. Convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and late check out appreciated. We enjoyed the fitness center and indoor pool. Overall great stay, would visit again.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean with modern fixtures which made it very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful which added to the overall experience. Looking forward to staying there again and I would definitely recommend to a friend.
