The front desk staff have good customer service and my issues with my review are not pertaining to staff other than the cleaning crew. Huge note that if you own a suv or truck then you may want to call and ask the height requirements for the parking garage due to our truck antenna kept hitting the beams and it was very nerve wrecking parking due to we kept thinking that the top of the truck was going to scrape the top of the concrete beams. There is a parking garage just a block away that charges $5 to park if you are only staying for the night and are utilizing uber to go to an event, otherwise it’s $20 to park extra on top of the stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and highly recommended! They have a little bit of everything! I would recommend setting out for the cleaning ladies that you do not need room serviced the night before because they came knocking at our room asking what time we planned on leaving at 930am and mind you that check out time is 12pm. They came back again at 1115 am when I had advised the first lady who asked that we would be leaving before check out. I get that they have a job to do but they also need to understand that we paid for a room and we shouldn’t feel rushed out. The elevators are ridiculously slow and seem outdated. I was not impressed with this particular crown plaza due to I have stayed at others and this one just seems a little old school and they need a renovation. The fan to the AC stayed on all night as well.

Awesome stay. All experiences were great. Wish you all can expand Happy Hour 7 days a week. Very comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Easy location access to dine and shop around the area and stay close to family

Stay was great i love staying here every time we come to visit. Only issue we had was checking in the night audit had an attitude coming from someone who also works front desk at an ihg property she was not friendly at all, but everyone else I encountered was great and so helpful !

God led us to Texas two months ago, tomorrow. We have been sleeping in our car. My husband and I were blessed with the resources to get a hotel. What mattered to us the most was a hotel that had a laundry facilities and was so thankful we did not need quarters. As soon as we walked in the room I felt a feeling I hadn’t in a while, at home. It didn’t feel like a hotel room but a studio apartment. For a night my husband and I was able to rest like we haven’t for the past month. I am so thankful for this stay!

I was a a little bit disappointed with this hotel compared to previous IHG experiences. As a member, I love the option for early check-in/late check-out, but not at the expense of other guests arrivals. I was not able to check into my room until 4:40pm, which is 1 hour and 40 minutes past the original check-in time. While the front desk staff (Jesus) was very friendly, this situation was not okay with me and seemed very unprofessional. It lacks respect for the guest and any schedule/obligations they might have elsewhere. I was happy with the cleanliness and space of the room. This hotel also has complimentary breakfast which is always a plus, although we left too early the next morning to get to enjoy it. Overall I would try this hotel again, hopefully with a better check-in experience.

We stayed at this property for a couple nights and something was spilled on the sheets of one of the beds. I went to the front desk and Em indicated that they don't do anything to the rooms of remaining guests on the weekends. She indicated that if I returned later in the day that I could obtain a clean set of sheets and change my own bed. I was a bit shocked.

Great Hotel and Confortable stay

Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have was the front desk staff upon us arriving was not welcoming at all. Upon entering the building the guy look at us with a rude face and then goes "what's up, what can I do for you''.. Not even a "Hello, welcome to our hotel how can I help''. Overall, everything else was great and the outside patio was very relaxing.

The hotel was in a great location for what we were there for. Staff, breakfast and rooms were.great. One more thing pool was perfect!!!!
