Ini adalah masa inap kedua kami di Staybridge Novena - dan kami akan kembali lagi. Staf dan amenitas luar biasa, tenang, menenangkan, dan sangat bersih. Hotel ini sekali lagi melampaui ekspektasi kami.
Hal terpenting adalah kesediaan staf untuk membantu - semuanya sangat perhatian dan mampu menjawab pertanyaan tentang area tersebut.

The hotel was new and very nice location, good breakfast, great staff. Nice parking only cost 50 pesos. The only complaint that the handicap room had a low toilet and a little hard to get up from. Lots of GREAT restaurants close by. Easy to get to

La ubicación es excelente, muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal, el desayuno buffet ha mejorado bastante, cosa que se agradece. El estacionamiento tiene un costo por dia de 50 pesos mexicanos. Lo que no fue agradable, es q me hospedé en el mes de julio y el aire acondicionado está controlado en 22 grados centigrados como temperatura mínima, vaya que daba calor, deberían permitir bajar un poco más la temperatura.

My wife and I were here on leisure. The stay was fantastic. The rooms are excellent, and very clean. All service personnel were top notch and went out of their way to assist anyway they could. While the tickets we originally reserved through the hotel to tour Tequila (I think a company called GDL adventures) failed to come through on the day were were supposed to tour, the hotel promptly returned our money and assisted us with another method to tour Tequila. And it ended up be probably even better. So again, all in all, i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in the Zapopan area. Only thing I'd suggest for the future (and it may not be an issue for anyone else) is the ability to set the room temperature below 22 Deg C, to at least 20 Deg C. 22 Deg C was a bit warm for me..

The hotel is near to wide range of vip restaurants. The hotel is clean and maintained well above the expectation. Staff is friendly and co operative. Recommends the hotel.
