The stay was nice . Loved the location of the hotel. Only problem was , the room needed to be vacuumed around and under the beds. Other than that , everyone loved the facility and we will be back. Staff was a 10!

Not the best Staybridge

I’ve definitely stayed in better Staybridge hotels. The rooms are nice but the beds in are extremely small. The heated pool didn’t work. The social are was extremely small and couldn’t accommodate all the guest. The smell of dogs could be smelled throughout the hotel. The housekeepers was definitely nice and tried to attend to the matters at hand but besides that, this wasn’t up to par

Comfortable bed and the shower

The beds were comfortable but they could have had some bacon at breakfast and last but not least the noise above us was very irritating my family and I couldn’t sleep

The hotel was OK. Our room was not overly clean. My daughter wanted to leave, since she has only been in newer hotels. I did not mind though. The staff was nice, but night time was rough. Lots of unsupervised kids that were raging till 2 am

The Staff Makes This Place Outstanding (Rooms are Great)

I have to say that I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that made me and Luna (Border Collie) and my family feel more welcome than here at Staybridge in Gulf Shores. Their rates are very affordable, all of the rooms I have stayed in were super clean and super nice. The furniture is modern style which I really like and very comfortable. I had one room that the air conditioner needed some maintenance work, and they had to move me, but offered genuine empathy towards the inconvenience and gave me a small, yet very fair credit back to my bill. My grand-daughter has come to visit and stay with me and because she asked how they were they gave her a cupcake, one of the amazing managers did. The second time I stayed, I had an issue with Priceline and my travel arrangements but this staff went above and beyond to help me while yet again offering genuine empathy. If I have needed anything, they got it for me immediately. For long term stay, the rates are affordable, and with the great breakfast you get along with the evening dinners, you really can't beat the savings. Number one and only hotel I will EVER stay at in Gulf Shores. I am right at home there. The pool is heated and very nice as well as the business center and gym.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are spacious, beds are alright... about what you would expect from any hotel. The lobby was fine. My favorite spot was the pool and outdoor patio, that included grills and a fireplace. The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The waffles were gummy, the eggs were bland, the yogurt was terrible (even with all the toppings). I reverted to cereal and bagels

Second Visit, but Planning More Here

My room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities in the kitchen and bath were more than expected. The hotel served the best complimentary breakfast I have had at any hotel.This is a great hotel for an extended visit. I look forward to more visits here.

Great suites

Our suite was much more than what we expected. Complete kitchen and spacious sitting area was also a plus.
We will most definitely stay again with no hesitation.

Clean room and great breakfast

I know many service related industries are having difficulty acquiring and retaining competent staff, but that does not seem to be the case here. Room was spotless and the breakfast was the best attended we have had at a hotel in quite some time. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

GREAT STAY

REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND MEET ALOT OF NEW FRIENDS. HOSPITALITY NIGHTS WERE A LOT OF FUN AND THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. STAFF WAS VERY GOOD AND TOOK CARE OF ALL OUR NEEDS.

Accessibility Issues

Accessibility should be more than just a couple of handicap spaces and a walk in shower. Doorways need to be wider for larger wheelchairs. Hallways need to be free of hospitality bins, accessible rooms should have extra sheets, pillows, and towels so guests that may be traveling alone don't have to seek assistance from staff, sidewalks should be lowered in several areas if wheelchair parking cannot be accommodated.
