Absolutely an incredible stay for my family & I. Three of my children are non-verbal autistic, and I was so worried about how we were going to have a mini-vacation that could accommodate all of us, and give us our own space. We had a two bedroom suite, which felt like having our own private apartment for the duration of our stay, and it truly allowed for all of our children to have the space and quiet they needed when that need for alone time hit. Having two bathrooms in our room was also an incredible luxury! The entire hotel was beautiful and clean, and staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be my go-to place when staying in Hamilton in the future. We were also steps away from the Farmers market and mall, which was a lovely bonus as we do not drive.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff greeted with open arms. The staff are very friendly and so accommodating! We don’t normally ask for much when we travel but they certainly did their best to accommodate us. The room was very clean and spacious! This is our favourite hotel when we travel to Hamilton! The breakfast is always hot and fresh and the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. The hotel is very safe! Thanks for everything you do for us Carolyn and Joe!!!

Terrible for accommodating 3 adults with the pullout sofa
Every spring digs into your back
Do not book this hotel if you plan on using the pull out sofa
Every room is the same. Sofa beds are new but absolutely useless 0/10 quality.

What was advertised online isn't what we experien.

It was a total miss representation. The hotel was old and everything was broken like the chair in the room. Then lights were not working. The bed was not clean it was actually smelling. Kitchens extremely small

Roomy suites make for a city respite in the city.

This hotel in downtown Hamilton was a lovely respite from the city. Free parking in a safe garage and entrance safety features made us feel secure. The front desk was knowledgeable. I had booked a 2 room suite with a one bedroom room across the hall for our party of 6 adults. We all had plenty of room for the night. We could walk to dinner and the included breakfast the next morning really hit the spot as we leisurely ate on the patio.

The Hotel was beautiful, the accommodations were excellent, and the staff was absolutely amazing. I had a very relaxing and fun stay. Especially the Manager, Janice from the front desk, and Owen from the kitchen staff made my stay so memorable.

A Cozy Getaway in Central Hamilton

My wife and I recently stayed in Hamilton to attend an anniversary celebration. We used to live in Hamilton and have family there, but decided to take a hotel for this particular weekend. The hotel we chose was Staybridge Suites in downtown Hamilton.

The location of the hotel is very central to everything you will need and can all be reached by walking. And while the area may look a bit rough, it is no different than any other city location these days.

The hotel itself is clean, the staff professional and the amenities as good as any hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere my work or personal travel took me/we…and there were a lot of hotels over the years.

In summary, it is an excellent choice for a getaway or longer stay (fully equipped for cooking and laundry on site). As for the city, I may be a bit biased here but Hamilton is a beautiful city with an amazing history. It is cloaked in mystery with a door opened for anyone who wants to discover what tails it will reveal to you, and Staybridge Suites is the perfect place to begin that adventure from.

Excellent stay.the staff were very nice and friendly.the location of the hotel was ok but inside the hotel was excellent. Everything was clean. The balcony was nice. The food was good.

They are not up front about $19.50 plus tax parking fee at the hotel.

The hotel is great. Convenient location, clean and comfortable! Marianne at the front desk was amazing! Kind, attentive and very efficient! We left some very important items behind and she was extremely helpful in getting them returned! She made our stay!
