Putri saya dan saya sungguh menikmati masa inap kami. Kami datang untuk perjalanan seorang gadis. Staf Front Desk dan sarapan sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamar itu sangat bagus dan kami juga menikmati duduk di luar pada malam hari di dekat perapian gas. Saya telah masa inap di banyak Staybridge Suites tetapi stafnya membuat Lokasi ini luar biasa. Saya sangat merekomendasikan.

Lokasi ini adalah tempat yang menakjubkan jika Anda ingin menjelajahi kota besar Holland. Tampaknya seperti lokasi yang benar-benar baru dan sangat bersih. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu! Itu tempat yang menakjubkan dan kami pasti akan kembali!

Very nice property, clean, great location.
Clean areas throughout. Large courtyard was a pretty place to hangout. Cute good sized den inside as well.
Well kept breakfast offerings.
Kitchen was well appointed.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quick check-in process was much appreciated. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. While the toilet flush was a bit loud and there was some road noise, I came prepared with earplugs so it didn't bother me at all. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

The hotel has been through some things— the walls & doors are dirty throughout the entire hotel. In the room the kitchen cabinets are missing the handles & hair in bathtub and on the couch ottoman, the soap dispenser was empty. They don’t have ice machines. Even the coffee pot was gross!
There was no one at the front desk, you had to just stand there and wait for them to see you on the camera.
The laundry room was nice and the bed was comfy, the front of the hotel looks nice but that’s it

Disappointing they misadvertised that their room sleeps 4. A twin sofa bed and a king does not sleep 4. Have stayed at the same brand in Wisconsin and the sofa bed was a full so expected honest advertising. Two different Front desk people said this is a common complaint so management is well aware of their deceptive practice. Room is completely fine for 3 people and hotel is fine. I just expect to have enough beds to sleep at night when I book somewhere.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall hotel was updated and staff was very friendly. We were able to bring our dog. Nice area for sitting outside. We plan to stay here again when we are in town. Highly recommend hotel!

What a great hotel for my family. Separate rooms for my kids and adults. We loved the location and the comfort of the hotel. The staff was helpful to meeting our needs. We will be coming back!

My week stay @ the Holland Staybridge was ruined because I was unable to enJOY the outdoor areas due to the constant cigarette smoke. When I spoke with the staff they sympathized saying it was out of their control. It appeared that the disrespect was intentional for the day after I mentioned my concerns they added benches at the front door with ashtrays so that not only were smokers allowed to take over the entire inner courtyard, they could also smoke at the front door. I want to post my photos showing all the ashtrays in every outdoor location, but it doesn’t seem like can I add photos to this review.
It appeared that the owner might be getting paid for housing the homeless so doesn’t care about the smoking because the male who did most of the smoking was there everyday in the same dirty shorts and tee shirt. He seemed to know the staff and was there at breakfast smoking when I wanted to eat breakfast outdoors and again in the evenings. He just sat with his cellphone, smoked and ate. Upper management refused to speak with me and IHG has hung up on me each of the three times I have called in an attempt to get an explanation and make this right.
I am a frequent IHG customer and have never encountered a hotel where there were not designated places for smokers. This could have been a wonderful week if it were not for the cigarette smoke at the front door and inner courtyard.
