I was awakened in the middle of the night to find roaches crawling on me in bed. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and health standards at this property. No guest should ever have to go through this.

I was awakened in the middle of the night by roaches crawling on me. This was an extremely terrifying experience and indicates a lack of proper pest control.
Bad security

I was parked right in front of the main entrance and when i was exiting the hotel security notified me they had broke into my vehicle. Where was security all the time if my vehicle was right in the front.
Guest rooms needs updating

The hotel seems safe enough that close to the airport. The exterior looks great. The interior from the Dining room to the guest rooms is worn out and needs an update. I stay at IHG weekly somehow this was the worse breakfast, except for the coffee and the breakfast room, I have experience.

quiet safe and clean. Very close to the airport. Great condition of the facility. Will stay there again. Price was very low compared to the surrounding areas. Next time I go I will stay there again. love staybridge.
Update and Exterminate

The hotel needs to be updated and exterminated.. There were roaches in the room. I advised the hotel staff, but they were not concerned. My family members had rooms on 2nd floor and they had roaches also.

This was a very good experience. It would be perfect if the property offered shuttle service to and from the airport.

Very comfortable staybridge to stay at! The hotel shows that it’s a bit older than some other staybridge suites I’ve stayed at before, but the room was still very clean and provided the essentials you require in a staybridge location.
Ac out, in lobby poor quality food.

Great location, manager Anthony was amazing, rooms great,
Lobby and breakfast area, very uncomfortable, NO AC,unable to eat breakfast in proper area, fruit old, brought to lady attention, she could have cared less, gravy was cold, lady said "there's the microwave, went to front dest theu area where snacks was, lady sitting there was mor interested in watching how to do her nails, I said excuse me 3 times, finally had to go around to lobby, tried telling her,reply got was, I'll bring to their attention, clueless.....the only employees who really cared about their jobs was, Anthony and another young man working the evening shift on Saturday pm..

When we arrived our uber driver told us it wasn’t the best area. We checked in anyways. We we t downstairs and talked with the front desk. We were informed we shouldn’t go outside at night. There were robberies and shootings often. We were scared so we checked out immediately. We weren’t even there 1 hour. We asked for a refund and were only provided with 50%. We would have appreciated 100% since the situation was not safe.
Mold odor on 1st floor, smoke odor on 3rd floor.

This was one the most uncomfortable stays I've ever had at a Staybridge. It was unfortunate that the AC went out on the first floor, then the pool also wasn't available. We ended our stay early due an to unclean environment. Roaches came out of our TV and a nest of them were living in the door frame. Our shower had blood spatter in the shower walls and curtains.
